Rubbish.You must have a short memory.In the last fortninght the club put out a statement fully backing Malky yet his only crime is to make a statement in the media that he wished to strengthen the squad. Now all of a sudden he is the antcrist and public enemy number one. I think you will find it is Tan who is being unrealistic.

if malky is sacked tomorrow, and we stay up and actually improve, nobody will be really that fussed that malky was sacked. we will all remember him for getting us promoted, that can never be taken away, but if a new manager makes the club better than its all justified.

I think Malky is a good young manager, but agree that some of his purchases seem to be a bit odd, particularly Cornelius. Managers come and go, and however much we like and support our manager, they are all quickly forgotten once a new one is in place. Personally, I don't think Malky wants to be here, and Tan certainly doesn't want him here. Unfortunately, like most things in life, it's all about money, and the only certainty in all this is that one way or another, a new manager will be here in the not too distant future.

I agree with that, I don't think Malky wants the job and is doing all he can to get the boot so he get's a pay off. Think he was quite shocked to still be employed for the Albion game and so he came out and said he wanted 3 more players, when the correct way of doing it was to have just said I have a list and will be talking to the chairman about it and see what we can do.

i get the feeling though that Malky wants to go, but to keep his stock high he needs to seem to get on things and get results. VT and MM need to sort out a compensation package asap so we can move forward. New manager will get backed in January that is for sure.

I have never managed a professional football team or played professional football, so I know as much / little as most on here.

What cannot disputed is that Malky was the manager when we took Liverpool to extra time at Wembley and the manager when we were promoted to the Premier League. And for the most part we have done ok this season.

We have become rather toothless of late and a laughing stock and we were put to shame by the Hull fans recently who at least had the guts to show their dissatisfaction.
