Heath Hospital Dental Department ,you need to get up their early where you will be seen by some North Walian Cotton trader rugby top wearing student.
This young gentleman will tell you in his north Walian dulcet tones how to not be afraid as he is into three years of his 5 year dental apprenticeship and he has everything in hand ! he will then continue to wrestle the offending tooth with a pair of surgical pliers whilst using anything from his knee to his elbow to produce the force and leverage needed to remove the tooth.
