IS TAN JUST WAITING ?

Mon Dec 16, 2013 9:18 am

Being a Biz man like he is, Tan will be out to really drive home what he wants to do about Malky.

Or should I say ,he has the opportunity to do so in this Jan window.

We all know Malkys needs more strike force and he has his list of players. But all Tan really has to do is hold fast with the money. The results will start to slip then Tan has the perfect opportunity to get Malky out.

Of course there is the other way of looking at it, Yes Tan is a Business man and would he really not give Malky money in order to drive Malky out ?

I think not, Tan is not so silly as to chance the drop back to the championship, that means the investors he is trying to attracted would not be so interested if we were back in the championship. Or you could say ,that the City shares would be lower so maybe more attractive to an investor.

But I do Believe Tan in this Jan window has the perfect opportunity to make his move, that is if he is going to make one. :malky:

Does tan actually need an excuse? Many managers been sacked for little or no reason! Clarke had similar record to malkies so could justify sacking him on that basis.

A clubs needs fans , and Tan knows how the fans think of Malky , if he don't give Malky money and the results go down, so will Malky in some fans minds. No of course Tan dont need an excuse but he wants to keep the fans he already have. He knows he have already upset loads of us, he don't want to do it again without a good excuse. Remember Tan has to attract more investors ,know one will invest in a ship that's unhappy.

Yes,I think so. Was it my imagination but were there fewer supporters singing Don't sack Mackay against the baggies?

I think so Vince.

Me and my son sit in the Canton stand and it was very subdued compared to normal.

3 games until half season is up, that's the true barometer for judging Malky in my opinion.

VT doesn't need an excuse, he didn't need one or divulge one when he sacked Moody and he doesn't need one to sack Malky, as he can well afford to take the financial hit that Malky's compensation package would cost him!

IMO, the chairman has convinced VT not to sack him and hopefully we'll start climbing further up the table away from the relegation zone, which will hopefully secure Malky's position for a long time to come!

They probably thought there was less of a need to support Malky with us winning IMO!

Fans in the canton tried getting the malky song going when it was 0-0 for it to fade away quite quickly.

5 minutes after we scored the chant got going fairly loud around the canton stand.

On the Tan thing, I believe people are looking to deep into this. If Tan wanted Malky gone he would just do it in my opinion. Why would he wait for us to be in a worst position to sack him if he already wants to get rid of him. It would not make any business sense at all.

If Tan has someone he believes that will do a better job than Malky he would just get rid of Malky

Tan doesnt need to wait, its clear Malky wont quit so if Tan wants to sack him he will have to pay the compensation be it now or in a month or two.

Tan will wait for the majority of fans to turn on MM then he will make his move.
If I was MM I would be waiting for a decent position to come up at another club and take it. :malky:

Would Malky get a better opportunity than he has been given at Cardiff?

He has had £50mil of support in past 2 years, not sure any club, other than top 6 would actually give him this support.

It's his squad - he needs to be held accountable for his decisions just like most of us in our day jobs

He got us in the playoffs 1st season when we had barley a handfull of pro's at the club when he arrived. We lost to a team who spent millions of parachute money.
He got us to a league cup final where we lost to a side a league above us who spent over 75 million pounds on transfers....on penalty's
He then got us promoted as champions.
He now has us on target to stay in the premiership.

What exactly do you want ??

Maybe Tan realises he has one of the best up and coming managers in the country?

Maybe there was good reason why Ian Moody was sacked?

Maybe the press were just waiting for Tan to do something vaguely controversial and most fans at CCFC have believed the uninformed tabloid stories without really knowing what has gone on?

??

There you go what did I say, this means Malky will soon be gone

Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan tells Malky Mackay he won't be given 'a single penny' in January as explosive statement rocks club http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/foot ... =hootsuite
