Players will need to be rested with the amount of fixtures over the festive period and Liverpool away is a match we're not expected to take points from, so I would play Cornelius. I think that playing Cornelius would give Campbell a rest and also pose problems for Liverpool, who would not expect to be playing against him and they would have little video of him to use in their planning.

Not a chance in hell. He can't even get on the pitch against Stoke or West Brom, so there's no way he's starting at Liverpool. Would love to be wrong though, feel he could grab a load of goals with his height, if we continue whipping in crosses like we did today.

Cant work out what is going on there I was watching Cornelius warming up yesterday and he was well pissed off that malky didnt put him on.
I wonder if there is a clash of personalities.

I was amazed. Noone played a full and clever game; his contribution is to deliver great crosses; we have a 6'4" Danish international striker known for his heading ability; where is he when we desperately need goals? On the bench chilling out! WTF

It was obvious why Maynard came on. We were winning, West Brom had to push forwards to try and get an equaliser and the more they pushed up, the more gaps they were leaving at the back. Maynard with his pace and dribbling ability to exploit the gaps was the correct choice.

Keep Noone in the team as well and if he can put in the same display as he did at WBA, then ACorn can do some damage in the box with Noone's crosses.

Remember: Malky doesn't think he's ready for the Prem yet! So what the hell is he doing on the bench taking up space which someone else could have had?

I think we might aswell play noone for sure. and attack liverpool
