Hi all! I've just ordered a ticket for the Southampton game on my cousins gold membership, I just wanted to know if an actual ticket gets sent to my cousins address or does the game just get put onto the card so I only need to get the card off him?

Make sure he gives you the seat details

The seat details will be sent to his house along with a receipt.

Do I need to have the receipt or anything else at the game with me or will just having the card be OK? My cousin lives in Portmsouth so by the time he receives the seat details/receipt etc it's unikely he'll able to post them to me in time!

You will find that piece of paper useful as it gives your seat no. Otherwise won't have a clue. Mind you, you can always ask a steward at the game. They can pull it up on their reader

Yeah, well my cousin will be able to text me the seat no, or phone me etc, that's not a problem, as long as I don't need that actual piece of paper with the details with me in person just taking the card and knowing the seat no should be fine! I hope
