Makes me sick after all the moaning on here and Facebook about people having no chance of getting tickets at the beginning of the season wankers ( I also wasn't there today as I'm currently in the North Sea )

All home seats were sold, the only tickets available were the 500 that WBA sent back. Bums on seats or not, the seat was sold.

Our average crowd over our eight home Premier league games so far is 27478. That's a high of 28016 for the Man U game, & a low of 26632 for today's fixture v West Brom.

We had a crowd of 27463 v the Swans on the 3rd of November,,,just off our average figure so far.

A drop of 846 for today's fixture, off our average so far this season is hardly a major problem, imho. However, i do take on the relevant point that there is a lot of fans who will "cherry pick" our fixtures,,,,which only goes to gives more credit to our clubs dynamic pricing ticketing system.

Small fact that we have a much bigger ground of course... You can't even sell out your small one!

I'd say 26.5k was are expected. Of course, you don't see crowds of that size at all at home, do you? :thumbright:

Gold membership bollocks, can't just turn up and buy a ticket anymore, if we stay up next time we play wba we 'll be lucky to get 20,000

Agree mate. If you got these memberships. You should have a quota of other games to go to.

You could have turned up today and bought a ticket. I think your post sums up the problem today - most people didn't realise they could get tickets, at least not until too late.

A very good point. There were tickets available for today's game, I will stick my neck out and say there were probably over a thousand tickets left for sale for today's match unsold.
