One look on this message board and you can see that we are a crap bunch of supporters!!!!

As a club we have just spent 51 years on a pathway between absolute rubbish and the ordinary. In that time the top table in football has become the most exclusive club in the world where it is littered with the best players on the planet. Suddenly after 14 games we are have never entered the bottom three and we are giving it one hell of a good fist in staying in there and the whole club is up-sizing itself to a level non of us has ever seen. We have not had a good couple of weeks and people want to throw all the toys out of the cot saying the manager who has delivered the holy grael should be sacked, we need to all jump in the life-boats and its time for all of us to slit out throats.

For god's get a grip. We have beaten Man city ( the most expensive team in the league) we have beaten our arch-rivals and we are generally competing against some of the most fabulous football being played against us. SO LETS ALL CHILL OUT AND ENJOY THE RIDE!!!!!

Compare our lot with the Derby fans when they were in the premier.
They finished their season with a grand total of 11 points.ELEVEN points,.Yet they filled their stadium game after game
and got behind their team.
They knew they were crap but that didn't stop them supporting their club.
I can't see our fans coming close to that commitment.

Can you point me to where anyone has said we should be winning every game? Expecting to win or at least have a go against teams that are around us isn't being deluded or unrealistic.

The people who say we "don't have the divine right to win games" make me laugh; when we go to Fulham and stomp all over them at their own ground, and take the game to the likes of Citeh, United and Swansea, we bloody well should be setting up to attack average sides like Villa, Norwich, Stoke and certainly Palace.

What's wrong with expecting us to have a go at these sides? Sorry, but whilst I don't want the club to sack our manager, I'm not going to be one of these who says "ah well, Villa/Norwich/Palace are Premiership sides and we should be grateful to breathe the same air as them."

Agree 100%. Think a lot of people have forgotten that we are a very small fish in a huge pond. Right know we are one of the "smallest" clubs in this division, probably only Crystal Palace and Swansea would be classed as smaller, with three or four others on a par with us. Followed this club for 40 years, and was beginning to doubt whether I'd ever see top flight football here, and the manager who finally got us here is getting slammed by some people on this forum. Yes, we are having a poor run at the minute, but we'll have some good results as well when the teams around us have a poor run, and all we are trying to do this season is stay in this league.

the stadium will be full every week while we are in prem and i think the derby fans were not happy we just didnt hear about it........but i do fear if we do get relagated that the crowds will disappear...

A lot of good points there, i don't want malky sacked, i just want him to change his tactics, we have to be more attacking at home and in certain away games, in my opinion he has to go with two up front and have a real go at teams.

Football is all about opinions,fans pay their hard earned cash supporting city so if their not happy with performance and want to moan they can if they want.Our fans are no different to any other fans in this country,we all like a moan and on recent performances the moaning is justified.
I still believe malky will keep us in the premier.

i don't think any fan thinks we should be winning every game,they just want to see us play a bit better and string a few passes together instead of knocking it long all the time.Where in the premier paying premier wages the least we can expect is the standard of football to improve from last season.

Wouldn't judge our support based on an internet forum, 60% of the posts are jacks. I think you should judge our support on home and away attendance and noise generated, Not to shabby after all is it?
