you see a lot more foreigners down the game, South Korean mainly (probably for Kim though), and of course you see a lot more people who now support the City! up in the Valleys there are a lot more kids with City shirts on where it only used to be Utd and Liverpool!

If anything its too early to measure the change, its brought more plastics and people with money to the club with a soft spot for premier league clubs, aka man utd, liverpool.
If we do get relagated I think given the disloyalty we have in this city most will leave initially until we start winning in the championship and a few glory boys will reappear and so forth.
as for rugby I dont think the national game will die down for a long time at club level it could potentially convert alot of fans especially the big games down here. leaving only die hard rugby fans in the lurk

Local pubs that show the games and are packed. I watch some away games while having a few pints, saving a load of time and money, it's quite convenient for the odd game, but nothing compares to a Premier League away game like Fulham

The real difference to me is seeing the away end packed out.

A lot of people who dont support Cardiff as their first team.
The atmosphere is not as passionate as it used to be because it has been diluted with plastic.
Expectation is there but mainly from the plastic fans.
The biggest change though is the hated red and the new beer badge.

The red and badge was changed before we got promoted

Its harder to get tickets, demand gone through the roof (im not saying anything about plastic fans) just saying. home and away we have packed out to the rafters, something our neighbours still haven't done.
The pubs are brimming too. business in and around the ground is thriving, (economies of scale etc) no doubt hotels will be busier too with additional away fans. We are on TV almost every week or more what with TV, Online viewing, streaming etc so gaining worldwide following and attraction month by month, no doubt this will improve tourism,
All pretty much standard really. the only difference with or club/city is that i've noticed allot more infighting since we have been promoted, be it because of Vincent Tans decisions, or the Fans either siding with the manager (dont sack Malky chants) or by others constantly questioning his tactics, so their is an added pressure to watching it all, which sometimes makes it very enjoyable watching the best teams this country has got to offer, but other times it can grate! The fun is gone, this is now a strict business operation.

The amount of people talking about Cardiff City...
The number of people asking for tickets.
The plastic supporters of other teams suddenly claiming to be supporters or trying to give shit banter.

Compared to last season the atmosphere is much better, it could be due to isle 118 moving mainly to the canton end or just general hype of the prem.
The pubs are defiantly packed when they show home and away games.
I guess there's alot of people jumping on the bandwagon, but it's the same at every club your not guna draw 30,000 in league one!!
