I back Malky but dress it up any way you like its a results game if your not doing well there's a chance you will get sacked.
Posting FB links of people calling fans ridiculous and clueless for having a different opinion don't make you right. If this was Dave Jones you would be saying he needs to go and has no plan B :laughing6: :laughing6: :thumbright:

During the game i will always back the manager and the players.

Cant see anything wrong with talking about the negatives (there are a few) in between though

I agree with you 100%.
Most of the talk on here seems to be against Malky one way or another.

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 9:26 am

During every game he is charge he has my 100% support for the full 90mins

Sadly, im so disillusioned with him and our tactics i cant see things changing and only see us slipping further down the table.

I hope he proves me wrong and i have to eat the biggest piece of humble pie.

Annis, all i want malky to do is change his tactics, we need to be attacking teams more tha we are and sarting with two up front will be a step in the right direction, (i would go with Cornelius and campbell) at home we have to go for it more and we know need to see what Cornelius brings to the table, i would also like to see noone start to provide some real width and get some crosses into the area. We all like malky and he is one of the good guys but unless he shows a bit more ambition then i'm afraid the writing is on the wall for him, at present it's 6 wins in 28 and 1 win in the last 9 games, some owners would have shown him the door already.

No it doesn't lie and neither will it lie end of this month or the end of next month and so on. As ive said in previous posts i support Malky and i'd never boo him or the team and believe he should have a full season but i also realise the premiership is big business and if we drop into relegation zone our club like most other clubs in that situation will need to make decisions and he will probably be sent packing.

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 10:31 am

You are quite right the table doesn't lie that's why Hull are 4 pts better off than us and higher up the table and didn't need to spend a fortune to get there, a manager who knows what's required at this level is required. Malky needs someone with a bit of experience at this level to help him and soon because January is gonna be one hell of a difficult month for us.

So you are just making guesses and assumptions that this will happen then?

Malky is currently on course to provide the fans with what we want - survival. 17th place will do just fine for me. :ayatollah:

ONE bad result against a team that has pulled off some great results recently, doesn't mean that the manager should go.

If we lose on sat that's it for me, we defiantly need a change. Malky can cut it at champ level no doubt but has he got enough to keep us in he prem I'm not sure

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 11:50 am

Annis having watched the last two away games I am concerned about or survival. Professional footballers should be able to find a twenty yard pass but as you witnessed our passing has been woeful.

This along with our hoofball tactics from defence keeps us under pressure for most of the game looking for FC to run and feed off scraps.

I watched Norwich where we were fortunate to gain a point. Same at Stoke and Saturday was abysmal. However on a positive note when we get to the opposition box we do like we can score. Chances were missed to all three away games so a strong finisher is a must along with a winger who can make defenders quake in their boots.

Will we stay up I seriously hope so so as you write now is not the time to get on MM back Saturday is a massive game for us and the fans have been brilliant both home and away so let's get behind the boys and make the stadium rock. :ayatollah: :malky:

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 1:34 pm

Here here.........we have to play all the bottom half of the league at home and im confident that we will get 40 points which will keep us up with a bit to spare.Expectations can strangle a club.....look at charlton....leeds...qpr....wheather its fans or owners it puts unnecessary pressure on the players and manager. :ayatollah:

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 1:50 pm

He will always get my support during games and im certainly not one to boo, never have been.

But unless Malky can stop being so naive in games especially away from home then he must expect some stick. Its all very well to keep supporting him but if he doesnt improve and we go down its all to late. I dont buy into this talk that he took us up to deserves a full season, he deserves a chance to prove himself but no more and at the moment he isnt impressing.

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 2:11 pm

We have got to stick with malky as our manager,as it stands now we'd be in the premier next season and that's good enough for me.A good win against WBA will settle some nerves.

Spot on Jinks its a results game, so please look at the League table, it does not lie, does it?

like most posters here,i give 100% for the entire game.have never ever booed a Cardiff team or manager...but after or in between games is different........this ploy he has of fetching everyone back for corners.....i dont agree, but do see if you congest the box its harder to score, and not only are our entire 11 in there but 7 opponents, but at 2 nil down ?..it seemed like the game plan was to not lose by 3...its over negative, and if anything swore it up this did..

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 4:25 pm

Playing negative football will not endear the crowd.

Mackay now needs guidance. He has not been in this position before.

Defensive football is depressing; I want to see attacking open football which Mackay refuses to play.

Dave Jones had some qualities, one of them being an attacking philosophy. City blew a lot of teams away with Bothroyd, Chopra, Burke, McCormack etc . Now it's dull and plainly not working.

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 4:49 pm

If we lost the next game without even the glimpse of a fight like we did with Palace then so many more people will turn on Malky, even the ones that are saying they're still backing him

Re: ' Now is not the time to turn '

Tue Dec 10, 2013 5:22 pm

2 nil down....and all 11 back to defend corners..couldnt get my head around it saturday..still cant..can anyone explain?
its how we play yes.......but at what point does this get dumped 3 nil, 4 nil.?
