Hull

Jacks 1-1 Hull I couldn't win on this one; I wanted both to lose! Could someone tell me what Steve Bruce has got which Malky hasn't? Apart from Premiership experience!

More than one formation by the looks of it

Had lunch with him today and that's all he talked about was how to score goals against the jacks. Very forward thinking manager and was just sheer bliss and refreshing talking to him. And he paid

Spend wisely and experience. He knows this league well and he has changed it around a few games, versatile in his tactics.

Hull are a good comparison for us. Promoted the same time, interesting to see how they get on.

It's only the second away game hull have picked anything up away from home so hardly world beaters

Far far seperior to us though at the moment. Plus they should have had something when they went to the Etihad earlier in the season.

They were very good and we were awful. Their winger El Mouammedy (sp) was excellent and was one of the few players to have the beating of Ben Davies. They were well organised but also attacking, something that Malky seems to struggle with. Their defensive midfielder Tom Huddlestone actually played a defensive midfield role rather than a 3rd center back and was instrumental in linking defence to attack and also had some viera like forays.

We were lucky to come away with a point and our goal was handball, nice we had one go for us but we really didnt deserve anything.

Hull should have won...

The cheating Jacks goal was 'handled' by Chico on the way in to the net and Hull should have had a penalty!

Nice to see Michu losing his rag near the end after yet another full-back kept him quiet ;)

Oi, Michu! You've been sussed! :laughing6:

think you are right there lost his cool a thew times this season also looks dissintrested at times, could be fact that laudrup either plays him up front on own and leaves boney m out, or drops him into midfield and supports boney m who is a carthorse from what i've seen of him! and thats just not working. :laughing6:

Michu is like that in every single game since he signed for us. When he scores he kicks a hole in the advertising hoardings ffs :D

As for Bony being a carthorse, 10 goals in 17 starts suggests otherwise.

Hull played very well tonight.

Re: Hull

Actually make that 10 in 15 starts.

The other 2 were for Ivory Coast.

He needs to learn to control himself, then!

Really? Why?

Its not doing his game any harm 20 goals in 46 games with 8 yellow cards and no red cards.

Why have I become embarassing? Or have you realised that Michu's disciplinary record is infact good so turning the debate to an uncalled for personal level?

Expect more from you.

No fella. It's 3am and I'm bloody tired TBH and you should expect more from me ;)

You are more than a little obsessed with this MB and Cardiff City FC though, aren't you? :ayatollah:

Obsessed? No. This messageboard is excellent and incredibly entertaining, you say that as if its a bad thing, yet you have become moderator through your use of it. Why is it bad for me to use it and ok for everyone else? It says all fans welcome doesnt it? Or has that motto now changed?

Why you feel the need to change this to a personal attack rather than debate sensibly as ive dine here is beyond me. Have i said or done anything to you to warrant it? Last time i spoke to you, you PMd me out of the blue to tell me how much you liked my posts wasnt it?

Re: Hull

Hull are a good side and have been unlucky in many games.
As for cheating jacks?come on ffs we have had some shocking decisions go against us .
The thing is tho is that we can step it u a few gears as for u your just shit and unable to change.
Mich has jist come back from injury and was his first starr in weeks.
So lets not get to excited.

An honest assessment apart from missing the dropped catch in the box that should have seen Hull have a late penalty.
