Small bit of warm/hot water to dissolve the teaspoon of sugar then add the mint and vinegar to extract the flavours.

You use a little of both & also a little sugar to take the edge of the Acid in the Vinegar

I like to make mine from scratch using fresh mint from the garden, salt, caster sugar and white wine vinegar. After making it, I smugly walk around the kitchen, saying its the 'Best Ever' whilst lisping, dribbling and saying 'wicked' a lot, just like Jamie Oliver would do.
The Heston Blumenthal recipe is also good but is a little more challenging. He makes his by cryogenically freezing the sugar/salt/vinegar solution into a 'snow' to which he adds polo mints that he shoots out of his stale arse.

This fecking phone is in the Channel first thing tomorrow. Should be called a CuntBerry. What a completely shit week. If CuntBarrel was a word then I would have just had a right CuntBarrel of a week.
