If we didn't know it before then we do now

After our performance, all the results yesterday and now Fulham winning today its time for Malky and the boys to man up and get us away from the relegation zone. Malky has to be more positive with his tactics and team selection and the players have to stand up and be counted because all our rivals around us are putting good shifts in. Will he change tactics? I doubt it, looks like he's a one trick pony and he's been sussed by the rest of the Premier League. The negative tactics make it look like we are under real heavy pressure. My opinion, Malky is a good Championship manager but can't cut it at this level yet. It's come a season or two too early for him. Time to get a more experienced manager in who will bring us a freshness, new tactics and able to have plan b,c and D if necessary. Our players need a boost in confidence, they look shell shocked at the moment
