1. Midfield leader - missed a trick with Scott Parker IMO. Maybe even Joey Barton, not one player would dare miss a pass with him around.
2. Centre half - Turner is a fantastic defender but its not just about defending in the PL. Must get a ball playing defender.
3. Winger - need some on who will get the ball out wide, look at his marker, take him on and cross at the byline.
Dont have to be fantastic players (as we saw vs PalArse yesterday) just a real hunger and drive to thrive in the PL and for Cardiff City.

Parker play week in week out with a better squad than ours and are below us.... He is passed it.
HUDSON, is sitting on the bench, remember when he was out last season, looks a lot like the present
Conway is not a spectacular winger but works his socks off and understands the left sided midfield role- Malky need to undo his mistake

I think we have goal scorers, but think it's the lack of quality balls in that is the problem.

There are 3 players that in my opinion Malky should have gone for - Curtis Davies, Tom Huddlestone and Nathan Redmond. Would have given us everything we are lacking at the moment.

We need a creative midfielder, not a Scott Parker.
We already have Hudson so why not give him a go before splashing out on a new centre back?
Two wingers are desperately needed. The lack of pace in our side is actually shocking so if we could get two direct and pacey wingers that'd be amazing

I'd sign 2 wingers and a creative centre midfielder to play behind cornelius.

If only we had a young striker who was a razor sharp finisher with great movement and who could play just behind a big forward like Cornelius...
