If I pay for something on PayPal as a 'gift' but I don't recieve the item can I get a refund? Thanks

yes just login and read about it there. also if you buy from ebay you can also open a case

NO, If it is a gift payment you cannot get a refund!

You are UNABLE to get a refund if paid by gift - read all the t&c's for paypal.

Not as a 'gift' only for 'goods and services' you get refunded.

Never heard of Topix mind.
Silk Road is still going but under a different name now.Where there's money to be made there'll always be ways around things.Topix is still there but very dodgy unless you know what you're doing.
