This isn't a gut reaction to today or a criticism of Malky, just my thoughts...
We've had a decent start to the season but at home we've only played teams who are in the upper half of the prem.
It seems the approach has been to keep it tight, defensive and see what we can get. I've enjoyed it, we've done alright and I understand why we've played this way.
Now, at home, we're going to start playing teams from then lower half. These are games that we have to win. We have to play a more attacking, ambitious game and I'm worried that we only seem to be able to play this defensive style, which won't be enough to keep us up.
I think we are just about to find out whether Malky is the real deal. He has to show he can put out an attacking team that will win games because this is the squad he has assembled.
