Not that easy for me. I've had my stance since the Newcastle game and if he keeps us up while changing his approach to lower placed teams I will get behind him.

We can stay up without beating teams who are lower than us in the table, we actually play better when we're the underdogs

Jon, you are 100% correct![]()
It was embarrassing at Palace how so many peoples tunes changed once the goals went in...
First it was "Don't sack McKay..." followed by "Malky, Malky, sort it out..." and "Four-Four-Two, Four-Four Two, Four-Four-Two..." before a group near me started bellowing "You don't know what your doing..." and finally "Malky out..."![]()
I want Malky to stay and (at least) see the season out, but I am now genuinely getting the feeling that things are coming to a head. The manager was certainly not happy as he hurriedly left the field, the players looked bereft of confidence, and the fans who sang in Malky's support were suddenly not so vocal in their adoration for him
I said elsewhere tonight that if ever there was a "good time" for Tan (in his view) to deliver bad news on the managerial front, it is NOW (after two poor results against teams around us)
I sincerely hope it doesn't happen (like you, I rate Malky) but both he and some vocal supporters are making it increasingly easy for a so-called "bloodless coup" to occur (regardless of how the now famous song goes)

I guess its a results based business, the same poll might well swing greatly in either direction depending on the result Saturday.
What Tan thinks is the most important part though.

No, I wont change my mind at all. I now wabt him gone. The club is bigger than Malky and he has shown in his 6 wins from last 27 games he is unwilling to change.

Fairplay you talk some shit. We have been the underdogs in most games this season and will probably be for the rest of the season, we will see if your right come May about staying up without beating the teams below us, I think you need to wake up and smell the roses, we are not as good as some are led to believe.

If you're going to use last season's statistics to criticize Malky then it's worth mentioning that he won us the Championship therefore he's worthy of staying.
