Regardless of what Malky has achieved in the past two years (which I deeply appreciate) he isn't cut out for the Premier League yet.
We can't go on this season by playing 5 centre mids and kicking it to Frazier Campbell hoping that we get a corner or free kick and score from that, it won't work.
Behind this stubborn and out of depth manager, Malky is a great guy who knows what to say in the press to keep the media and fans on side but for as good of a guy he is, he lacks the flexibility in his tactics to keep us up.
He blew his big budget on defensive players and a young striker whose been injured for the majority of this season and is barely getting gametime and opts for a small striker who will not win many aerial duels with the much bigger and stronger players in this league.
I don't believe Malky deserves a full season just because of him getting us promoted. He would deserve a full season if he had guts to try and beat the likes of Crystal Palace.

How can you say he isn't cut out for the premier league when so far he is achieving the goals that are required this season? It doesn't matter how he does it, it doesn't matter if people dont like it but atm we are above the relegation zone and people shouldn't complain. Not only that but we have played most of our relegation rivals away from home so far, in the second half of the season we will have all those teams coming to us. Believe me, we will stay up. There are 4-5 teams that are worse than us and it will show come the end of the season. Malky is doing a good job!

He isn't cut out for the Prem because he is playing Championship tactics. We have every right to complain about what is on show right now. We're one point above the relegation zone right now so it is hardly like the criticism isn't justified. So what if we have played them away from home? Does that mean we aren't allowed to win? Palace are awful, we should be expecting 3 points against them.
Name the worse teams? So far I can only think Palace are worse than us. Maybe Sunderland but they are showing more courage than we are right now.

There's a difference between complaining about the performance and calling for Malky to be sacked. I'll be the first to admit it wasn't a good performance today, but i hate how some of our fans think that away games against teams like Palace are going to be easy wins. We'll see come the end of the season, but i know we'll still be in the Premier League... if Mackay stays.

By the same token there are fans who think that just turning up at home against teams like west brom will bring three points.
The reality is we have scored once in the last five games and are now the leagues lowest scorers.
That's not bad luck it's the tactics Malky employs during games that has yielded those results.
If your going to defend like we do and try to hit teams on the break then you need to have pace in the team not just hit long hopeful balls to Campbell
I suspect at the moment even the players are not enjoying playing in this fashion hence the lacklustre showings and they wouldn't be the first set of players to see a manager out the door
