malkys is getting it all wrong..

I've always backed malky but he is getting it all wrong tactics are so negative he must realise he must play 4-4-2 with Cornelius campbell upfront with noone or bellamy coming in for Cowie!!

I don't want malky to be sacked but if he doesn't change things from next week tan will have no choice to sack him.

We were shocking today looked like a league 2 side!!

If he doesn't change something soon he will be out on his arse by Christmas, our tactics seem to be give the ball to the defense then hoof it forward and pray somebody will get on the other end of it, i think that ball spent more time in the air than it did on the pitch, and 1 up front doesn't work everyone seems to realize it bar Malky

They completely by pass the midfield and sent the ball over the top with long high balls and no matter how old fashioned it it is, it's effective !!!

We should have played Cornelius and Campbell upfront today and played they at their own game !!!!

Malky is unlikely to ever start that way, best you'd hope for is Odemwingie or Campbell playing behind a front man but still with defensive/midfield duties.

Actual wingers and pace in the team would be a start. But I can't be assed any more, the dog shit football until the team goes behind is too much.

Its not about playing 442 in this league its the fact that we play with no pace in the side

With the prem is 4-4-2 seems a formation you play when you are looking to get back in the game when you're 2-0 down. It's all too tactical in this division with the top teams all playing a formation with 1 striker with 3 creative midfielders behind like Spurs and Chelsea for example.

Were not in the bottom three, he must be doing something right

Whats dave Jones got to do with this?

He plays a lone striker within Campbell and it clearly doesnt suit.. to me Campbell need support cause he should be running of the balls not trying to win everything in the air. That's where we need another striker ie cornelius.. we haven't scored in 3 games that to me proves we need more uptop!

It's not the formation... it's the way we play.

If we continue to play long balls from defence then that's fine. But Campbell needs support. A-Corn to hold the ball up for Campbell sounds a better idea.

However 4-5-1 or in our case 4-2-3-1 can work but we must play like we did against Utd. We looked a threat attacking with slick 1 or 2 touch passes but ON THE FLOOR!!!
