why are we?

The only team that seem to play at one pace? We don't play with any pace, it takes for ever to go forward and we either loses possession or hoof it to our midget in the middle, every game has been basically played in same way, so why can't malky play tactics to suite the team we are playing against? rather than same for all teams we play and that's not to lose at all cost.
