The problem is as I see it,the guy with the right experience who could probably have gelled the team of players we have has just become manager of Palace!
He would have stabalised us in the Prem for a few years.
Who now?
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:22 pm
I think he deserves the season to be fair although watching us at the moment is quite hard going. Also have we got the players to be playing tidy football? I'm not so sure. If we had 2 quality wingers then I would say yes but currently I don't think we have enough pace and quality out wide. That I believe has been Malky's biggest mistake not signing a winger in the summer. He must be rueing not signing Montero now.
If we do sack Malky though I'd do it now to give the new manager the Jan transfer window. Who is available? I see a few saying Hoddle but would he come?
Martin Jol?
Bergkamp?
Bellamy?
Di Matteo?
Di Canio?
Slojkskaer?
Avram Grant?

HARRY REDKNAPP
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:24 pm
De Matteo /Ray Wilkins. Zola.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:26 pm
di matteo or martin jol, yes jol just been sacked by Fulham but he has the experience in the league than can be crucial, everyone says malky is still learning well its time to stop learning now we are in the big boys league
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:29 pm
No chance of Di Matteo coming here. He is reportedly still being paid 130k a week by Chelsea until the summer.
Who would I want? Bielsa is someone I want but that is as unlikely as Malky growing a pair and try and attack teams in and around us.
I wouldn't mind someone like Jol or Redknapp but I'd want Hannover's manager, Mirko Slomka, who knows how to counterattack.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:32 pm
Hoddle .
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:35 pm
Hannover love a goal....for and against. Bankers in the both to score coupons.

My choice too.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:43 pm
Harry rednapp or big Sam allardice. solskar, lol
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:49 pm
open that cheque book and buy-out tony pulis
Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:52 pm
Glenn Hoddle wouldn't come here. I think he's waiting for the England job. Harry Redknapp? Not a chance.
If we want a good manager we need to hire one now before it looks as if we are doomed. Palace got lucky with Pulis. I would love Bielsa to come here but it won't happen if we are in the relegation zone.

Maybe a bit controversial because people don't like him but my choice would be GARY NEVILLE !
Speaks sense knows the game , young , hungry , respected and IMO will make a fantastic manager if we can get him away from sky . Maybe he would find a premiership team hard to turn down ?
Sat Dec 07, 2013 6:03 pm
Pele, Maradona or Giggsy

Would be an excellent choice I agree and he seems to like us, but just can't see him coming.

Neil Warnock..... rest of the season, big bonus if we stay up
Sat Dec 07, 2013 6:52 pm
Some interesting suggestions - Hoddle or perhaps Neville for me. The one thing I think we have to be careful of is a knee jerk appointment if Malky is sacked. We don't a Di Canio scenario as that would make things a whole lot worse.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 7:49 pm
Gary Neville would be a fantastic shout.
However my choice would be Klinsman.
Drag him away from the USA and teach us how to dive properly.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 7:52 pm
Bellamy and Dutch Ray.
Otherwise Di Matteo and Ray Wilkins.
As a final resort Abraham and Curtis.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 7:55 pm
Dalman says Tan is ambitious, pay the money and give Hiddink the budget needed.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 11:02 pm
Apart from Hiddink the rest of the shouts on here have been ridiculous.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 11:41 pm
If Malky did go, I honestly think Bellamy would want a crack. Who knows?
