“Cardiff City right now is stable,” said Dalman. “We are debt free. Vincent Tan wrote off interest (on loans) and is in the process of converting loans into equity. The club in no debt. We have an extremely-talented team and a board who are stable, motivated and ambitious.”

Clearly not true YET or the club would have made a huge song and dance about it... Tan is in desperate need of positive PR right now & this would have been perfect for them.

I doubt the porcess is complete yet.
I think by debt free he means that the only significant sums owed out are to Tan.
Hopefully he will complete the process soon and that will be another massive step forward for the club.
- Debtors paid off including PMG, Sam, other clubs, HMRC
- Promotion to the Prem
- Stadium expansion
- Finally debt to equity of his own debts.
If only he hadn't buggerred about with the kit.

Annis, if the debt free piece is true then Tan deserves credit for what he has done. But if he turns us back to blue then he would gain legendary status. If only though.
