TOM HUDDLESTONE

Fri Dec 06, 2013 10:52 am

WE SHOULD HAVE GOT HIM IN SUMMER. WE NEEDED SOMEONE WHO COULD CONTROL A GAME. SHORT PASSES, LONG RANGE PASSES, ALWAYS HAS TIME WHEN HE RECEIVES THE BALL.. GOOD SHOT EITHER FOOT. GOOD WITH DEAD BALL. A BIT LAZY, BUT HEY WE HAVE PLENTY OF DOGS. OH YEAH, DAMN CHEAP TOO FOR A PROVEN PREMIERSHIP CLASS PLAYER. :| :| :| :| :| :| :|

Gary Medel can do pretty much all this, only problem is we don't play good football like Hull, which would benefit these types of players

Huddlestone 5 million, Medal 11 million ?

Huddlestone has done well and managed to improve on his fitness with Hull City. Always risk buying him with no game time and not meeting the fitness standards with Spurs.

A steep price no arguments here.

He is getting a lot of praise from pundits in the Premier League so hopefully we might manage to get more than what we paid.

A lot of clubs will be sniffing around with his outstanding performances for us.

You overpaid for Shelvey IMO. But it isn't too bad of a price.

I thought it was £9.5m for Medel? €11m?

£5m for Shelvey will be a bargain. The lad is only 21 and has absolute bags of potential. His performances in the last 2 games have shown that. I just hope we keep playing him in the advanced role as he is far more suited to it.

If he continues from his past 2 games (on what your saying) it will easily be a bargain. From his performances from Liverpool I thought you got ripped off.. age is on his side hugely for you lot.
