Why isn't e-ticketing giving me the option to purchase away?

Why the f**k can't I purchase an away ticket for semi-final playoff via the e-ticketing?? I'm an Ambo but always had trouble purchasing an away ticket and always ending up having to phone the ticket office which is a task in itself.
Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

I think you must have been to four away games, not sure if its stil the same btw

Got mine just now i was gutted when it said they sold out but all sorted now

no 4 aways dont matter now,its open house for ambassadors,seas tik holders ,away travel members,1 mate just tried couldnt work it,but another went straight thru so its working,good luk
