SHIT.
We still turned up week in week out and gave our team our full support.
At present we have never had it so good, and what do fans do still moan, unbelievable.

Our fans have always moaned Nobby.
Our fans still back the team and manager at games. I think people are rightly questioning malky in certain areas at the moment but it's up to him to prove everyone wrong. He can do it

About 2100 - last night.
Stoke are a tough prospect on their own patch. 2 teams cancelled each other out.
Did people expect us to throw caution to the wind against sides who could punish you in seconds ?

Wish I was part of the 20k who went to Rochdale on a rainy Tuesday night.

We've been shit and REALLY shit. Proud to say I was there through the lot. I wouldn't change it for the world but would rather not go back there

We took about 100 to Rochdale on a Tuesday night. I think Annis got a slap off some angry locals if memory serves me correct!

I fell in love watching that shit.
I'm still in love now.

i enjoyed those shit days too, travelling to places like darlington and scarboro. had some great weekends in these towns + blackpool and torquay were other great weekends. loved them all, even though the football was in the main shite..Still remember about 10 of us at preston christmas time, cant remember what year, i think we lost 5-1 ish. damn we were shit. cambridge when we drew with about 7 men on the pitch, felt like a cup final that one...yes its true, they were great but i dreamed of the premier, told everyone who would listen, that we were a big club,( they all laughed at me) even though we were lucky to get 2000 some games. Now we are here, i just hope we can stay here, i have done all the shit times wishing for the good times, not sure i want to do it all again.

Yes i was.
Been supporting between 30 - 35 years on and off. In fact i used to go to far more games when we were shite (home and away) than what i do now.
Used to love the away day experience and a great laugh on the RAMS coaches. Unfortunately, even though i've got Gold membership, away days are just not on anymore due to the 'previously attended matches' criteria which applies when trying to get tickets.

I drove us there once, remember a few of their lads came on the away end towards the end and asked us if we wanted to go to Oldham with them that night for a punch up....I could think of a million better things to do on a Saturday night, but having a random tear up in Oldham wouldn't be one of them

some things never change, they was dire years ago in the lower divisions, and they 're dire now. Malky doesnt do entertainment

Went to every game at NP when we were in the dungeon & it did question my sanity but for some strange reason i used to enjoy the whole experience a lot more than i do now, admittedly we were crap & there was'nt many of us there but you felt everyone had a deep passion for the club & we were all connected to the club. On every journey to London i would wear our badge with pride, yes we were shit & we knew it but it was our club, these days i feel like just a paying customer, a number who's replaceable by a queue of people wanting part of the premiership experience. Football for me has never been about winning or i would'nt have bothered with the dark days of 20 years ago & i've always admired the small band of fans who turn up to watch the likes of Rochdale ahead of their far superior neighbours in red.I still go to every home game & it's a totally different experience these days but for me the magic has gone, this is not meant has a moan & for a lot of people this is the greatest period ever, it's just not for me.

I watched us in division four. Does that count? Never thought of Cardiff City as being 'shit' though. Enjoyed watching Frankie Burrowes's team as much as this lot now.

Compare us us now to late 80's early 90's we were shit but I still loved it.
Huddersfield home lost 5-1, 89-90 Maskell hatrick, with us all singing we want 6.
Enfield 1 Cardiff 0, 93-94
Cardiff 2 Cambridge 7, 93-94
Cardiff 0 Maidstone 5 91-92.
Im sure there are many more but they are the ones that stand out.

Me to mate the memories will last forever, we were shit but great times.
Sat Dec 07, 2013 12:41 am
Maybe its more fear than really moaning, and its cos we haven't had it so good for so long they don't want to go straight back down again.
Also you have to admit the performance at Stoke was real bad.Bad in as much as we kept giving the ball away, and couldn't get the ball to the player we were going for.
I think the real old fans have seen so much crap and so many good times, that they all desperately want us to do well and want also for us to finish above the Swans.

Shit on the pitch, good off the pitch
