New phone deals - any ideas?

Currently paying 12.50 a month for 100 minutes, 250mb and unlimited texts with htc wildfire. Don't really want to pay a lot more! What are the decent handsets out there at the moment? Is the Samsung galaxy s3 mini any good? Cheers

have got a sim only deal with tescos that goes through 02 for 12.50 a month. and i get 700 mins 5000 tex and loads of internet and they do better deals.. just havent got round to change . ever thought of buying smartphone for 80 quid and going sim only ???. hope that helps.

My Mrs and my mother have this phone. Other than the size it's not a lot different to the newer s4.
Personally I think for the deals you can get its a cracking phone.
