That gives us 41points and should just stay up. My biggest worry is our home form has to be exceptional.

its just impossible to say. You have made the assumption (as everyone does) based on the league positions of the teams we play. "oh, hull and west ham arent that good so 3 points in those games" Your prediction also has us going unbeaten at home till the end of the season..... just not going to happen realistically.
Realistically i think we would come undone against teams who are just as organised as we are, as we have no quality in the side to open teams up. bearing this in mind a defeat v west ham, draw v hull and stoke and suddenly the above prediction goes from 41 points to 34!
If we carry on playing the way we are, we have more chance against the bigger sides we have left to play imo, like liverpool and chelsea. Also we will pick up the odd win and a few more draw away from home.
