our remaining fixtures

I'm basing my prediction on malky staying and using same tactics.

Home games

West brpm. - 1
Southampton - 1
Sunderland - 3
West ham - 3
Norwich - 3
Villa - 1
Hull - 3
Fulham - 3
Liverpool - 1
Palace - 3
Stoke - 3
Chelsea - 0

Away games

Palace - 1
Liverpool - 0
Arsenal - 0
Man city - 0
Man utd - 0
Jaks - 0
Spurs -0
Everton - 0
West brim - 0
Southampton - 0
Sunderland - 1
Newcastle - 0

That gives us 41points and should just stay up. My biggest worry is our home form has to be exceptional.

What's everyone think?

its just impossible to say. You have made the assumption (as everyone does) based on the league positions of the teams we play. "oh, hull and west ham arent that good so 3 points in those games" Your prediction also has us going unbeaten at home till the end of the season..... just not going to happen realistically.

Realistically i think we would come undone against teams who are just as organised as we are, as we have no quality in the side to open teams up. bearing this in mind a defeat v west ham, draw v hull and stoke and suddenly the above prediction goes from 41 points to 34!

If we carry on playing the way we are, we have more chance against the bigger sides we have left to play imo, like liverpool and chelsea. Also we will pick up the odd win and a few more draw away from home.

Our home form isn't going to be that good and our away form isn't going to be that bad, it's never quite as simple as that.

Of course we can win the majority of our home games but we're still the underdogs in 90% of our games this season and everyone will be looking at us and thinking anything less than 3 points isn't good enough.

As for our away form, although we have a lot of tough fixtures, we can definitely pick up points against the likes of Palace, Swansea, West Brom, Southampton and Sunderland. But any point we gain away from home this season is a great point.
