Parking near the Stadium

I usually park in the City and either walk or bus to the stadium but as I need to make a quick getaway back West after the next couple of home matches could anyone recommend decent car parking near the stadium with access back on to the M4? Thanks

I ALWAYS park in asda-& manage a quickish getaway back to neath . At some point you`ll get a mickey mouse parking ticket-just bin it (had about 6 over last year or so-just ignore they rely on a percentage to pay up-dont! its not a proper fine)
