I don't honestly remember a City team ever playing a worse style of football than what we do now. I swear I'd be more entertained watching Wales.
No bugger can keep hold of the ball.
They can't pass.
Constantly losing possession.
No width unless KTC does something... Where the f**k is Noone? At least he had a bloody go.
Just defend deep and counter attack (always down the middle).
Whittingham is a complete luxury. His dead balls are abysmal. Never beats the first man and is struggling to even strike the ball properly. Kimbo or Gunnar for me.
Don't think I saw more than 4 consecutive touches. Clearly 1 up front isn't working. You would have thought Cornelius surely would have been ideal against a physical team like Stoke. Only saw one solitary good point. Thought Declan played well. Didn't look out of place and his late effort was great. Taylor no doubt will have him sadly warming his arse on the bench again though.
Watched Palarse yesterday. They looked alright. No doubt that Tony will whip them into shape.
MM Post Match interview... let me guess. I was proud of my team today and the way the battled...![]()

nice. I'll Sir you in a minute.
If you're going to be an arse, then at least express your point of view.
I currently think the style of football we are playing at the moment is complete and utter defensive shit.
Against Man Utd we looked threatening. We had a go.
Rather than simply say "that was shit", I tried to explain my reasoning behind it.
There you go... the floor is yours.

Yes thats all fine and dandy, but we were poor. Forget who we played and where we played...we were poor. Noone stood out today as particularly good, they all stood out as particularly poor...except Marshall of course. Not being neg, just giving a realistic opinion on the game.
