Trainline are decent

Depends where you are going but when I travel to London sometimes it's cheaper to buy singles rather than a full journey .

Cardiff - Bristol then Bristol - Swindon then Swindon - London . But stay on the same train ;) always worth a look :ayatollah:

Yeah I've found this, Barry to Bridgend, Bridgend to Port Talbot, £7 instead of £11 odd,£15 if I went Barry - Cardiff - Port Talbot. The train guard told me about it.

Just looking now its £79 for a train going up Birmingham way and across to Bedford, or £35 if i go London way and up. Only thing is I aint sure with underground and ive got to get from Paddington to St Pancras pretty sharp inbetween stops.

That underground change is easy enough to do - or get a taxi for about a tenner...
