I just hope he has worked on his passing, all he did last time was give the ball away.
I really love Bellers but he has not been on top of his game for a while now .

Not good enough on last five games, looks like the end for him.....

Marshall
Catherine Medel Caulker Taylor
Odemwingie Witts Mutch Bellamy
Campbell Cornelius.

Or Noone, Kimbo or Cowie in for one of the midfielders. 4 4 2, why not?

Are we going for a 6-5 victory, not a lot of defensive qualities if any in that front 6 ? :o

I agree but I would pick Noonenio or kimbo ahead of Odemingie (only just and on recent showings)

Think Campbell and the Tank could spark well together? Hope so anyway.

I like how youve suggested to use medel in his international position. However if he cant even challenge evra for a header, he certainly wont defend corners against the likes of crouch, shawcross, jonesy, huth and the rest. Not a match to change the defence. BT all day for me

bellers still has it in his head, and it doesnt help that in his prime he was twice the player of anyone we have now. I think hes finished as a premiership player, should be an option of the bench as an impact player chasing a game. his thinking of the game is quicker than we have in the team, so often his passes look bad or his runs look bad because hes a second quicker in the pattern/thinking of the game than what we have, bar prob, medel and whitts.

The only game he's done OK in was against Swansea, but he wasn't brilliant even then. He's been woeful in every other appearance. He has to retire at the end of the season. Don't forget he was struggling in the Championship last season.

Don't get me wrong, he's a Wales legend in my eyes but his time has come to an end. He should focus on his academy, media work and coaching/management.

On the other hand, Cowie has impressed me a lot the last few games - never thought I'd say that.

Totally agree with this re Bellars but Cowie for me has to go. Noone on wing will give us so much more! Even Odemwinge wide cos he likes to have a go

I am not Cowies biggest fan but he has done well last two games.

Whilst Noone does give you more going forward you expect to have to do a lot of work without the ball against the likes of United and Arsenal. Cowie will give you more than Noone in that respect.

I think Malky has called it right by starting with Cowie and bringing on Noone in games like that.

That said against teams in our mini league then I would rather start with Noone / Odemwingie, at home especially, and have a right good go from the off.
