I don't think Ramsey is the sole difference between Cardiff and Arsenal Yes he has been the player of the season so far but you have to look at the players around him that provide him with the oppurtunities too.

lol Ramsey scored 2 goals yes, he was not the only difference in midfield, hence my Ozil with 2 assists comment. None of our team would make the arsenal squad, let alone the starting 11. But apparently the only difference between our midfields was Ramsey lol
