But arsenal"s one touch passing and movement was mesmerizing to watch at times. When Ramsey scored his 1st & his 2nd as expected he did not celebrate either.
The 2nd half city looked much the better and there's an argument that city were the better team. Most of the play was spent in the arsenal half with city piling on the pressure. So much so that I felt we had arsenal and their fans worried. The introduction of Craig noone caused arsenal problems and surely there must be a shout for him to start against stoke. Cruelly just when it looked like we were building a head of steam to get an equalizer arsenal scored their 2nd and effectively killed off the game.
After last weeks performance against man utd and this week against arsenal I think we can go into the next 2 games against stoke and palace with confidence and get a positive result from both.

The thing is though Carl, it was a 3-0 defeat today...
One thing that is becoming ever apparent is that when we go for it on the attack, we are easily picked off by the opposition. Chelsea, Villa and now Arsenal have done it to us towards the end of the game.
Maybe this explains why Malky seems to always have us play deep and keep the game tight.
Whatever the reason is, I definitely think Cornelius should have been introduced a while before the second goal went in.

I've read a lot of posts saying we played well, I disagree. We gave it a go but other than Whitts and Cowie everyone was far to sloppy, poor first touches, poor passes. More composure we may have scored but we were lacking today and thought the subs were poorly timed.
