Great servant in the Championship, but do we think he is lacking in the Premier league
Poor distribution and prone to mistakes which we are getting punished for
Thoughts?

He's made two sloppy balls out of defence in the last two games, one led to a goal against Man U the one today nearly did. He probably could have been closer to Ramsey for the goal but the whole defence got pulled across. Apart from that I don't think he's done much wrong watching from streams.
He's young, his first season in the Premier against some of the best players in the world, rather than have a go our players look at the quality our guys are playing against, it was a quality goal from Arsenal.

Don't forget all the telling interceptions he's done that have saved almost certain goals, several today

I just think he needs to tidy up his passing and general distribution. Otherwise, his tackling and blocking is superb, for me.

His no nonsense tackling and the blocks he gets in are priceless, but for me he lacks a few yards of pace at this level.

the funny thing is people want Hudson in and he's slower again

The epitome of 'knee-jerk' reaction

A couple of games out wouldn't hurt imo. To many silly mistakes lately.

Yes, Craig. I thought he put some good last minute tackles in and was no worse than anyone else out there...
As a former centre back, maybe I look for different things, but i did think he and Caulker had good games and if I was to be critical of anyone, it would be Theophile-Catherine for giving too much ball away when anywhere near the opposing box

I dont think Hudson is the answer to this, I think (as already stated) we need further class competition
As for today, Turner wasnt great nor were a few others.
He made some good last minute tackles but I question why were they last minute, where was his positioning before hand?
Theo was poor I thought, he touch isnt the best!!!

Don't see how anyone can criticise Turner.
Arsenal's movement was truly top class, even seasoned premier league players have trouble with them at time.
Considering that was our first game against a team that can move the ball about so well without us playing a 10-0-0 formation I think our CBs did alright.

I came into this season convinced he wasn't good enough for this league, but he proved me wrong in those early games. Only thing I wanted him to erase from his game was the long ball, which was constantly giving away possession. Now he's finally done that, I'm shitting bricks every time he passes the bloody ball along the back four instead! Think i'd rather he was knocking it long again, was much better for my blood pressure!
I said to my wife earlier, he just makes these passes not seeming to be able to see a possible interception from the opponents. His pass for Rooney's first last week, I saw him lining it up and said "he better not pass-" and boom, a few seconds later we were one goal down. Almost happened a few times today today.
End of the day, the guy has also stopped some certain goals against us, and I think he and Caulker are probably our best pairing. But he really needs to cut out the silly errors in his passing, as they are letting his whole game down. Quite frankly though, he's been ten times the player this season that I thought he'd be, and I'd think that's true of all City fans. Plus his attitude in his interviews has been great; just wants to play against the best, and become a better player.

Good defender but distribution is poor.
If he can work on that he be ok.

Every time he has the ball you can hear one or two next to you sighing "o god.. No dodgy pass please"
