I won't renew for next season , that will be tipping point for me. Muppet show if this happens!

I completely agree with you on this, although If malky gets sacked and Tan gets someone link Hiddink in (unlikely) I think Malky would soon be forgotten sad especially after all the work he has done but It's the harsh reality of football.

I dont get it, so you support Malky over the club
I would be annoyed if he is replaced but then so where Southampton Fans when Atkins was sacked, dont hear so many grumbles off them now.
Lets say he appoints Huddink and we rocket up the table playing good football? would you still not renew?
Its all well and good being loyal to the manager but do you think he would have given us a second thought if Everton really did want him?
I just hope our form is kept up or improved and Malky stays in charge.

If Malky got the Boot on Monday, and we Wheeled out Di-Matio or Mancini on the Friday, by the next Monday most of us would be saying Malky who?

If Malky does get the boot that will be the starting point of a domino effect and Tans little empire will drop all around him piece by piece

As much as I like Malky,if a better manager is available and willing to come to City you have to ask the question?
It happens to the players so why not the manager, look at Hudson - player of the year last season and a better player comes in so its the bench for him.

If you read his post properly before jumping in

then you would see that Malky getting the boot would be the tipping point which would indicate that the posters descision not to renew was based on a series of events which had taken place previously and the sacking of Malky would be the final straw that broke the camels back. There are a lot of fans who have been pushed to the brink by Tans actions and a Malky sacking would be the step too far for some.

Boils down to the same thing.

If it were just about sacking a manager who deserved it then yes but not in this case plus it is understandable why anyone would not want to renew based on the recent series of events and the asacking of a good manager which would tip a lot of fans over the edge and is understandable given the circumstances.

unreal............how many managers have come and gone?.. if everyfan threw the towel in when THE manager who was in place when they watched their 1st game left,we would have no fans

I agree that it's accumulative. The Southampton case is a bit of a different scenario.
I for one would be totally pissed off because I don't see ANY reason why Malky should be sacked. He has rebuilt this club from top to bottom and put his imprint throughout.
We have a top academy, a top scouting network which now spans the world (not just scotland like under jones), he has brought in a medical team and he has brought in a professionalism that now runs through the club.
Add to this that he has managed to convince players like Caulker and Medel to sign and he has taken 4 points off the 2 Manchester clubs beaten our local rivals against the odds and lost to spurs in injury time.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous that we are even discussing him being sacked.
I love the club but I HATE the fecking circus. I'm not one who gets off on breaking news every other day. Personally I'd rather just talk football but unfortunately at cardiff city that's impossible

Lets remember Malky never wanted to rule himself out of the Everton job. I like malky but I think people's loyalties are mostly based on the dislike of Tan. After a big spend malky has to be judge on results and at the moment I think we are where we should be after the outlay of the past 2 years.
My guess Tan wants a new manager
Malky knows Tan wants a new manager
It's now a media game for malky and a business game for Tan, one once a pay out and one trying to save money.

I have tried to remain as balanced as I possibly could regarding Tan but the fact that we're a circus and nobody knows what crazy one-eyed idea he's gonna come up with next is taking the enjoyment of following my club away.
I'm not stupid enough to deny that Malky knows how to play the fans whenever he asked about us, but I honestly believe that he has transformed this club in a similar way to how martinez transformed swansea (albeit with a totally different style of football).
I think he does have a genuine affinity for the fans and for the area and I think it would be an absolute crying shame to see him pushed out of the door for any reason other than results on a saturday.
