Yes they did go bust, but there were no points deduction given to teams at that time, that came in at a later date.
All the info is on the cva document, below is some of the businesses that would have lost out but there are many, many more on the list, also there were staff, players, other football clubs and of course the tax man, basically it was 5p in the pound, take it or leave it offer :-
Welsh Ambulance Service £1063
PJ Gavin and Sons £7014
Enterprise Clothing £12804
D Coaches £17449
ALM Associates £1508
Atom Media £1306
Alans Printers and Stationers (Cardiff) £571

Show me where i have said that any of the above have criticised the amount they were paid (i think this means you lose) somebody asked the question if you tramps ever went bust to which i replied, but at the end of the day your creditors had absolutely no choice when it came to a CVA, they either accept what offer is put on the table (5p in the pound) or if not they get nothing, some choice that is.

If your talking about the years under Toshack then yes your correct. But it was a bad time all round for football in those years. An indication is that in our first year in the old Division 1, we even had a higher average attendance than the likes of Sunderland!![]()

Yes, we produced a CVA which was accepted as that was the best way forward! Liquidation? I don't think so. And every creditor knew that especially as one of the new directors was Martin Morgan who could have easily bought all of their businesses never mind pay off our debts to them! You're not really getting this are you, if a CVA is not accepted by the major creditor then the business will be liquidated, that's what happens by law, your creditors had very little choice, they had to accept 5p in the pound or get nothing, and how you tried to compare that with hammams pay off is a joke.

Cardiff fans avoiding the question of ripping your Lord Sam Hammam off to the tune of £15m! Shocking!
I've already asked you this question, (which you still havn't answered) where are you getting the £15 million from??? were you in on the negotiations??? or are you basing this on hearsay from this forum??? as for hammam having a choice of course he did, if he thought he was right he could have taken it to the high courts and do you really believe that if he was due another £15 million he would just write it off??? if so you are more stupid than you usually sound when posting on here.
