Yesterday showed me how really bad an attitude he has

Mon Nov 25, 2013 4:45 pm

Yesterday showed me how really bad an attitude he has and has no respect for fellow footballers.

I was never a big fan of Rooneys ever since he turned on fans years ago, after they had followed their team thousands of miles.

But yesterday after Jordon Mutch had got past him, I was sitting not far from the incident in the Ninian Stand, it was like as if Rooney had become a spoilt little brat and his only response was to do a sly dig with his foot and then fall all over Mutch, a player of his standing should of just gone straight after Mutch and got the ball back, if I was his manager I would not want that kind of attitude in my team.
Then on the side of things, Rooney in my opinion ended up their best player on the pitch.

As a fan I have no respect at all for him, but does he care what fans think,I think not.

My little rant

The foul on Mutch, constantly being in the refs ear and then his subsequent infantile grizzling on Twitter confirmed that he is a petulant spoilt child. That and his very unhealthy interest in grannies crannies.. And his shredded-wheat hair. And big ears. And that Colleen is only with him cos of his cash. Did I mention he likes grannies? Ah yes.

Another perfect example if refs favouring the big teams and big name players,it was a clear foul and a clear red card,if the foul was commuted by Mutch on Rooney,I ve no doubt Mutch would have been sent off

He reminds me of a young Craig Bellamy , a bit childish , bit of a temper and does stupid things from time to time but fair play he is undoubtably a class act on the footballing side of things , I think he will grow out of it and become a great player when he does . Also don't think he deserved a red yesterday ,it was a bit crude but a yellow was sufficient in my opinion :thumbright:

The ref also got medel incident right , it was handbags but he needs to watch his swinging arms or on another day he could easily see red :(

Rooney is 28..and that ,a deliberate kick off the ball seen by the ref is as clear a red card as your going to see. when do you think he will grow out of it? 40s 50s

When did Bellamy grow out of it ?
It was more of a trip than a kick , it wasn't a vicious stamp or boot when on the floor they were hustling for position and he tapped out . Happens quite often but with it being Rooney it gets noticed more . If that was cleverly or januzaj we probably wouldn't be talking about it tbh

Agree , not many hot headed players make good managers it's normally the quiet ones who seem to excel in management .
Bellamy will be similar to Roy Keane and di Canio in management . He will have a team wound up and will probably have a flying start in management but the wheels will quickly come off when things start getting harder and rifts appear in the squad due to man management skills not tactical ability . Maybe a coaching role would suit him more :?:

He's a ticking time bomb and I don't expect him to be playing for more than another 3 seasons. He'll do something stupid, throw his toys out of his pram and retire.

He'll never be a legend.

Yes we would because it was a kick out at somebody off the ball. Red card all day regardless of who it was.
