And thats exactly what malky has done here at cardiff keeping the backbone of the team primarilly from last seasons championship winning side Which is proving good enough.
If you look at teams who spend big money dont find the balance or have lazy overpaid part time footballers full time prima donnas they suffer the consequences.
and what you usually find is managers destroying the harmony they create to win the championship and shipping last years hero's out and the results are usually catastrophic. and often ends in relagation.
Lets look at swansea in their firt season they didn't bring in much quality or spend much and they just like us maintained that team morale. Which is clearly more important than focusing on big names or has beens unable to recapture their best form whether they are 25 or 32 its normally a stupid idea (michael owen) (Kieran Dyer) (marcus bent) etc

we've only been playing with 2 big names in our first team + theo who is great
