Medel Whittingham Mutch

This has to be our midfield for the foreesable future. bossed this area of the pitch for me and each one offers something a little different. The first goal came from all three of them, starting with Medels usual calmness in possession and feeding the man in space (whittingham) who put a lovely ball into mutch, who had found the space for himself to turn and move forward, the pass into Campbell was magnificent.

I dont think we should forget what a good goal that was, and to me it showed exactly what the midfield trio can provide, although they might not do it all the time.

Gunnersson should now be out of the reckoning, as will kim despite his goal.

Got to agree our mid field looked good yesterday but then again the team played well. Nice to see some attacking football for change.

Drop Gunnarsson for few games and bring him on when needed, last year he was incredible when coming off the bench.
