I though he was starstruck today, he was pretty handy at dishing out yellows for single fouls to our lads today. Where as mop head, cleverly and nutcase rooney really got away with continuous and serious foul play.
Arguably the worst ref I have seen in a while.

The refereeing in this country is getting worse and worse.
How can Wayne Rooney get a yellow card and Wes Brown get a red one yesterday..?
I really do think that you must have played to a certain standard to be able to ref because they know what can go on within a mindset of a player.

scared of making a wrong decision against the big clubs. and more scared to get one wrong against England internationals...we wont get a proper rub of the green with refs until we are a champions lge club.

It is more and more obvious that there is a two-tier refereeing system in operation in the Premier League. Players like Rooney get preferential treatment because of who they are and the club they play for. How can anyone argue against that as a sending off? Every week we are talking about refereeing decisions and not the football. Time for these tossers to be publicly accountable and open about decisions

Also with welsh referees being banned from applying their trade within the English system by the FAW then there is a smaller base for them to choose from these days I suppose.
Who in Wales has a ambtion to ref a game in the League of Wales..?

Are we banned? That's gutting. I've been seriously considering taking up refereeing over the past few months but there's no point if the best I can hope for is reffing TNS vs whoever else plays in the Welsh leagues these days...
I have an English grandfather, will that help?

Been banned ever since the League of Wales started. I would doubt if that helps tbh
