"Rather be blue in league two"

f**k OFF YOU DELUDED IDIOTS

Im sorry but anyone who would rather be playing Accrington in front of 3000 and 50 away fans, instead of Man U in front of 28000, and 2000 away fans has got mental health issues.

Yes its not ideal and ill never wear red (but then i never wore blue)l but its 10 men in a different colour shirt at the end if the day.

I was there...

I'm in no rush to return...

Would've been sweeter in Blue, but the taste is still nice.

Totally agree.

Never going back to the days of gavin Gordon and fortune west! I'm sure Newport county would swap in a heartbeat with us

The irony is that a significant proportion of those who chant this are in their teens and only know championship football and our successful years.

Going back to those dark days would kill this club

I'd rather be blue in league two, days like today off the pitch reminded me why.

Barnett you're about 21, you weren't around in the div3 and 4 days. I'm 29 and only properly remember and realised what was happening off the pitch about 5 years prior to the Sam hamman days.

League2 is about 25 quid a ticket. You're watching poor football in poor stadiums.I never want those days back.

Nail meets head  Our club isn't set up for League 2 football and the paltry crowds it attracts.

Glad the mods have acted swiftly to remove the foul and unrepeatable abuse aimed at me, hopefully this anti blue will be banned. Call yourself a Cardiff fan Mario? I am not Barnett.

Just out of curiosity have you seen us play in league one or two, or the old third or fourth division?

yet still attend games in the prem ;) its an option to turn up nobody forces them, if they rather be blue in league two then better support someone else because we wont be in league two or blue at home for a good while and that's the sad truth about it

Yes I was there with the rest of the hardcore, if anyone had tried to rebrand us back then, well he wouldn't have got very far. Hence I have always maintained the newer fans have facilitated the move to red.

Thrilled with the result, it was great seeing us go toe to toe with the best but I will not take the premiership at all costs attitude. End of and you can mark it down as bitching all you like but you will not silence me or the BU. FACT

The thing is, the club has taken the premiership at "much" cost, like it or lump it.
Tan holds all the aces.
Keep making a noise if you wish, no-one that counts is listening.

I don't intend on "silencing the BU" or yourself for that matter as quite frankly, I couldn't give a shit. All I'm saying is, the bitching has gone way beyond tedious and surely the result should be more important.

You clearly dont understand what that view represents if you think their heads should be turned by the opposition we play. The fact is the identity of the club is put ahead of who we play by some and thats commendable. To say its just 10 men in a different colour shirt os like saying the Sistine Chapel is just a little church. It means far more than that and its deluded if you think otherwise, it smacks of someone trying to quell the guilt they feel and justifying accepting a rebrand to enjoy matches like this.

Some are not for turning unfortunately. Club comes first, glitz and glamour a very distant second.
