BU are jokers talking about dictators

Sun Nov 24, 2013 10:41 am

They deleted a topic on their Facebook group from Shinobipony. It sparked a good debate (mostly).

Ridiculous. Any respect I did have is now gone. Standing up for oppressed fans my arse.

BU are jokers talk about dictators

Sun Nov 24, 2013 10:42 am

It would seem, despite what I thought was making some headway in the understanding of what they Stood for and my stance on the matter, the have removed my post and myself from the group.
I did not hide anything, I was open and honest in my approach. My AAMB Moniker is in my Facebook name so I literally put myself out there to be shot at.I did not dispute the fact that I had clashed with many a BU member on this forum, but did dispute it being based on the fact that they were associated with the BU. I have only disputed their approach on certain subjects and treatment of fans who do wear red.
I would like to thank Cocco and Clemo both of whom debated well with an understanding and an honest approach.
I would also like to thank Sian for her honest answers and John Candy for approving the message in the first place.

I have no ill will or I'll feelings towards any BU member, and wish them every success in their peaceful protests in a n attempt to Get Tan to the Table.
I have been offered no explanation as to why the post was removed, and I find it saddening that it has, especially when you consider they're fighting the oppressor but have oppressed me.

It started with a question and it was answered.

So again I say " have a good protest, and hopefully common sense will prevail."

Neil, I am BLUE through and through and would love to march today. But so many other City fans that are Blue as well have also been removed from the group for asking questions, also they stopped letting my posts on there because I wanted our name Cardiff City on their logo, so to me they are not fighting for what I believe in CARDIFF CITY,BLUE & OUR PROPER BADGE.

I have been asking since June for our name Cardiff City to be put on ' their logo ' and they are 100% allowed and know this.

Why did they say your post was removed then ?

you're not the first one to be removed and I bet you won't be the last you can't ask questions of them and it is pathetic

Agree totally Annis. BU is a joke and should not be the figurehead for the battle for blue.

The post is reasonable, it shouldn't have been deleted. I posted some things there before that didn't get approved mind..I think they are overly wary, primarily because some on here are taking posts and being malicious with them.

I don't care anyway, I want my club back and this is the only game in town. Will be proudly marching today.

Annis, they are handing out things with our club badge on it and 'CCFC' etc.

What they are doing is right fighting for our Blue and I really hope thousands turn up for them today, but its the way they are going about it, thats why I cant be with them, but I mean this Good Luck to them today, some of those on the march I know and are real staunch Blue and are doing this for the right reasons

More power to you.Its people like you that will cause the BU to ultimately fail in their goals.Your just too dull to realise this.Like I said before, its people like me you need to get on board but I and many others will never march with the likes of you.

I agree with you. Everyone is a City fan though, and as I think I mentioned here before, any organisation first needs to get their name out there and known. That is a prerequisite to any campaign, whatever it is.

Annis,

Nobody can deny you are a successful businessman, so can develop a business plan etc. You are held in high esteem by many city fans who many consider to be our hard core support. You have contacts in the club, and wouldn't really gain anything from BU personally. Would you consider a position within BU that can help them with there credibility an feed actually fan feedback into them. Give them Plan with short, medium and long term plans, and a small voice speaking to your contacts in the club.
I'm not saying you want it, but may no many who could help bu.

BU come across very amateur to many fans who want blue back but don't want to have anything to do with bu. I don't know you, sian Branson etc. But it seems that sian needs a mentor who can point her in the right direction again. She deserves to be the figure head of bu an seem to have done a great job in getting BU going, but it now needs someone to take it to another level, as its credibility is in tatters, and can't really b taken serious when trying to seek liaisons with tan an the board.

Strange as I asked JonCCFC for clarification on the filters on BU and he said that only spam and racism is filtered. He assured me that's someone pro blue asking questions or even support Tan on issues wouldn't get removed.

I hope you'll join in. I hope hundreds will as we pass through Canton, and I'm sure they will.

Everyone will have petty little differences, but we all need to put them aside for the greater good.

I love our proper colours and we all need to stand up for them. I hope people will put the silliness aside, at least for a day.

I asked my question Luke and I got my answer.
It's a shame that it ended like that as I think it reflects on them badly.
But as I said, I have no ill will towards any of them. :ayatollah:

To which I replied, I would have no issues what so ever to walk alongside any of you for the return to blue.
But whilst there are other issues at hand I cannot.

Taffy I have no more to say on the matter.
