Season Ticket holder here, how easy or not is it to exchange

Hi, Im a season ticket holder and can not always make the game , however was wondering how easy or not is it to get a actual match ticket. Im told it costs £5.00 is this correct . also can this be done a few days before game and could i do it on several occasions , the reason is to give to work colleague or mate , or even sell face value

Can only be done on a match day and by the actual season ticket holder (you'll need to produce ID).

I believe you can only do it when you forget your card so anymore than 3 times and I think they'll catch on....

Just save the hassle and give your card directly to a mate

I did it once last season as my uncle couldn't make the game so I rang up and said he had left his ticket in work. Gave his details and they put a ticket in an envelope and I gave my mate his details and he picked it up.
