Parking tickets

I've had a message from Roxburgh left on the answering phone asking me to call them. I had two tickets after the first two matches and ignored them and then had a letter from Roxburgh. Has anyone else had phone calls? If so, what did they say?

Just ignore them, it happened to me. They got my mobile from somewhere I said they had wrong person. Eventually you will get solicitors letter ignore everything. Then they give up

Don’t ignore it! The advice given on the above link has changed - originally the advice was to ignore the letters but new legislation was brought in at the end of 2012. You should still get away with the fines but it will now take some work. See the forum on “money saving expert” below:

I know this because I’ve had the same. I ignored the letters from New Generation Parking originally thinking I was doing the right thing. After reading forum posts on the above (ones since the new legislation) I’ve now written to NGP and asked them to provide certain info. I’ve not heard anything back so fingers crossed they know I’ve read advice from people who know what to do and have given up. Roxburghe are just middle man debt collectors so the advice is to ignore them and go to the people they are working on behalf of.
