IS THIS THE ONE ?

Wed Nov 20, 2013 9:11 pm

Since our promotion to the Premier League is Man Utd away the most eagerly awaited fixture at hone this season for you?

Or is it another club that you look forward to seeing us against or may have already have played ?

I have wanted to see us against Utd for a long time but it is a shame that it is not Sir Alex Ferguson's Utd that we are facing.

Carl,
Yes for me its Manchester United Home and AWAY  without a doubt.
Saw United home in 74, can only rem the violence, but these two games top them all in my opinion. Wish we were BLUE though.

I weren't even bloody born in 1974

I hope we create an atmosphere to that of the Man City game, the Swansea game was not patch on that game but maybe the fear of losing was a factor whereas against the likes of Utd and Man City we don't expect anything so less pressure in a way :ayatollah:

Man Utd for me is biggest. My best mate is a manc but he cant get ticket. Plus Man Utd are the only team in top 2 divisions i've never seen us play. The only other teams in league i've not seen us play are Accrington, Morecombe, Fleetwood, Wycombe, Crawley and Stevenage.

Definitely United. We've waited long enough and trawled enough towns, divisions and miles to get to this incredible occasion

The week after my juniors football team were lucky enough to get a sought after premier pros day. Training at the house of sport, taken for lunch then a photo on the pitch (hopefully with a player or two) before all sat together in the family stand. There's 18 children and 12 coaches/parents(30 maximum), but my boy has become infatuated with the game and its going to be a magnificent experience v Arsenal for all the boys. What a time

Sorry, but its just another game. Remember Manchester United in 74/75. So what? Must say, but I'm underwhelmed by the Premier League. It's not about the opposition!

Carl, for so many reasons "Yes' this is THE game it's all been about :ayatollah:

Totally agree with your quote "it is a shame that it is not Sir Alex Ferguson's Utd" though, and I can see us getting a frustrating (for them) draw at home :ayatollah:
