A sickening and Callous act.

Whilst driving my Bus yesterday a young woman from Nepal I think she was, was sitting in the front seats cradling her 1 year old daughter in her arms. As I negotiated a roundabout her trolley fell over, another young lady sitting close by kindly offered her assistance. Then from the back of the bus which his only an optare (small bus) shouted very loudly and aggressively "What you doing,don't help her can't you see she is black" .
I had kind of a " he didn't just say that moment" but to my horror he continues his tirade again this poor girl.
Fortunately all the buses are all equipped with CCTV and Audio Recordings.

I stopped my bus hit the emergency call button and turned my phone on so I could contact the police.
Whilst on the phone to the police the man came down towards the front of the bus.
Practically ripped one of the doors off and then gestured to me that I wasn't right in the head for grassing him up.


Police came and statements were given, and footage has been retrieved.

The guy was about 16/17st 6,2 bald with Tattoos on his face.

What the f**k is going on ?

Turns out she has been in UK since 2005 as her husband is a Gurkha based at Glencorse barracks..

What I would've given for him to be in the bus also

I've been driving bus/coaches for years now and never had an issue like this, been at Lothian since September and this will be the second race incident..

Ahh yeah, sorry mate, just noticed at the end of your post you mentioned "lothian" and by the description of the chap, he sounds like a bit of a nutcase with serious issues. People like that usually end up drowning in their own hatred mate, and like you say.. Good job her other half wasn't on the bus if hes a gurkha Lol them chaps are tough bastards.. Could've got messy

Ever get into Dalkeith ?? I was up there back earlier in the year............went to the miners/woodburn club........it was like a zoo...........fighting every 30mins and a mass brawl at the end of the night.Following night was in the county hotel bar and armed police rushed in......been a stabbing upstairs in a wedding party .......then some bloke said he was going to shoot someone..................Going to stay in Glasgow next time i go up......will be safer
