chesterfield away one of the last games in 1983 was special . All on the pitch after the game and lifting Dave Bennett and co on our shoulders after the game as we knew we were getting promoted . r memories

as for me i was very good at tennis and represented south glam all over the place at the time so for me to wear fila/taccini stuff was natural . Noticed loads of people wearing those blue and white benetton tops that season with blue dungereens .
i went to charlton the very first game of the 1984 season on the train and couldn't believe the numbers wearing pringle jumpers / kicker shoes etc . a youth culture certainly took off for sure in 1983/84
