So who is doing Moody's job ?

With just over six weeks until the transfer window opens who is overseeing the scouting network and the other work that Iain Moody used to do prior to the actual negotiations with the other clubs/agents/players ?
I hope someone is in place as the 23 year old, apart from totally out of his depth and open to be taken advantage of by agents etc is unable to work because of his permit issues. Anyone else concerned re this ?

I would suggest a 'dossier' was already in place, given Malky's previous record. Whilst the loss of Moody was a 'big blow' for Malky and the club (on the footballing front) there should be no doubt Malky will have 'plans' for January; always assuming he is backed by Vincent Tan (which I think he will be...at least on the 'loan' front)
