O/T no win no fee type claim

Anybody used one of those companies, any advice for making a claim against someone. Got injured, quite badly recently

Just ring them. They will only take it on if they are almost guaranteed to win

I contacted a company, one year last June about industrial deafness, told me I had a very good case, I was diagnosed partial deaf a year last May, told I had to wear two hearing aids, I honestly didn't know how deaf I was until I wore them.
This case has been riding the rails for 16 months, after umpteen letters back and forth and frequent questions and answers I received a letter last week from the solicitor stating that because I had told my doctor about 10 years ago, I think I might be suffering from slight deafness, they could no longer handle my case, now remember they had my medical records for over a year and was not diagnosed for deafness until a year ago, then how could he suddenly say that I was deaf 10 years ago, when I didn't know myself.
His answer was:- " I have spent to much time on this case and is costing me Money"!. So don't trust them, they are only in it for themselves.
