After reading on BBC Sport this week that you reply to all emails I would like to put this to the test and I am seeking answers.
The first thing I would like answers about is Chris Coleman, Chris Coleman in the past 2 years as Wales manager has failed, he has failed horribly. Even after 12 months in charge the great work of Gary Speed was gone and we were back to square one. Now at the end of the 2 year spell, you REWARD HIM with a new contract. Now the first honest answer I require is do you believe in Chris Coleman ? Did you only offer him a new deal as you felt there was nobody better ? Is it because you have no money to get a good manager ? Or is it because the FAW committee is so old and out of touch you feel there must be a Welsh manager in charge regardless of ability ?
Another point on Coleman is this farce with John Hartson. Hartson said he offered his resignation multiple times, he has now left the Wales set t up to concentrate on BBC commitments, because John cares hugely about is country obviously. So my next question. Why are you allowing Chris Coleman to give jobs to his mates that mean nothing to them, the role could not have been that important as Chris has stated he will not be replacing John. What did Hartson bring or were we just wasting everyone's time and money.
Let's look at Chris Coleman's team selections and man management skills. His first decision to stamp authority was to take the armband from Aaron Ramsey and hand it to Ashley Williams. He slapped one of our 2 only top top players in the face and handed it to one of the Swansea boys. This has driven a number of fans away as Ashley Williams is English, we all know he is not a proud Welshman as he is not a Welshman. So what's your opinion of Ramsey losing the armband and also an Englishman being captain of Wales yet you will not look outside Wales for a manager ?
Also we can not afford for our best players to be falling out with the manager, yet Chris fell out with James Collins and made it public, very professional of Chris that. Sam Ricketts, a league 1 left back has to fill in instead of a premier league CB due to egos. You didn't get that under Speed or Mark Hughes, the two most successful managers in recent history. You got it under Toshack, the man that took us almost as low as the Vatican City in the rankins and they only have 10 monks and the pope in goals. You made welsh fans lives hell for 5 years under Toshack, you're doing the same now with Coleman, why can't you see the mistakes and learn from them ?
One final thing about Coleman, I was disgusted with his diversion tactics in the press this week, he said something along the lines of "we have Facebook, Twitter and Messageboards now where people will hide behind a Messageboards and criticise, most of these people haven't got a clue and never come to watch us'That is not an explanation Chris Coleman, me thinking he is shit manager is wrong because I have never played or managed at pro level ? No losing 6-1 and 3-0 to Serbia and losing to Macedonia away make you a shit manager Chris, if your regarded as a good manager in the game because of this then please give me someone who is regarded as inept with no clue. Einstein said "insanity is the act of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result" there is no plan B, if tappy tappy tappy pass pass pass doesn't work we have no clue and for that I'm truly disillusioned with our hopes and prospects. This is the strongest team in years with everyone coming into their prime but because of the managers our best players are either not turning up or just clearly don't want to be there.
Now let's look at the FAW. What the hell are you lot doing to try and get people back. Nothing, fans are making their point by not turning up for games, there's no passion, there's no advertising, nobody is doing anything to get fans back. Twice as many people watched Gareth Bales unveiling in Spain that watched him actually play tonight. Do something, if you want kids to come put something on for the kids. If you want adults to come put some beer tents up outside and some entertainment before the game. The best player in the premier league this year and the most expensive player in football were meant to be playing tonight and nobody came. I asked 17 friends to come to the game tonight most ignored the text, a few text back un repeatable words. One honestly said 'I'd rather gouge my eyes out' Cardiff and Swansea are attracting 50,000 fans between them and most people in Wales support one of the big 4 English clubs. We should be selling out the millennium Stadium every game yet we can't even half fill the Cardiff City stadium. Yet the rugby team who have 30000 fans between them for the regions and nobody supporting any other rugby teams selling out every games. It's because of advertising, passion, pride. Sam Warburtons picture is on Cardiff Central Station, standing proud, I haven't seen a picture of Bale anywhere. Sort it out, we're a laughing stock and you lot are just sitting around talking about the old days and what a player John Charles was not doubt. We have a team here, a real team with real potential who could do something with the right leadership and a big crowds. Put the right man in charge, and get off your arse and get the fans back in, do whatever it takes, just open the gates, you didn't earn anything tonight money wise £60000 at most. First Qualifier let everyone in, get it full, put on a show, make people want to come back, make people believe in this team again.Or do nothing, let us come last in our group, win the odd game and have 3 quarters of the ground empty. There's potential here, utilise it.
Please don't give me a media friendly bullshit response, tell me what you think, tell me what you're going to do, make me want to come back make me believe in my country.
I'm not holding my breath

I doubt the crowd would have been any higher, but the certain section of the crowd accusation would disappear, as a lot of Jacks don't think much of him as the national team manager.
I don't care where you are from or who you play for during Wales games........ I think thats the case for 99% of Wales fans.

As you can see I asked the FAW if they kept Coleman in charge due to money. My point about Williams isn't that he's Swansea. "I think niel Taylor and Joe Allen are better by the way" it's that Ramsey got the armband taken from him and it did affect his performances. I would honestly say the same about Bale if he were English. This isn't an anti English or Swansea thread it's about what I feel Coleman has done wrong time and time again. Under Speed home we turned Serbia over when they had a chance to qualify. With a better group of lads with more experience we get turned over 6-1 and 3-0 there is something. Your point about the international is bollocks too as I was there for Macedonia home and that was a competitive game with loads of free tickets handed out and the same crowds. They aren't listening to the public.

People saying we only have 3 very good players are wrong. Joe Allen passing ability is fantastic, Taylor looked very good going forward yesterday and would be happy to see him move to rb and Davies lb for future games. Ginger has been a mid table premier Leage centre half for years. We have Joe Ledley who could play in the premier league. We just lack a striker or if Bale plays there a winger. Jonny Williams looks a future class act too. We do have the players, we just need a system and the players to believe in it

Speed got us playing some nice football but he won 5 games and lost 5 games. That isn't "successful"
Maybe the FAW could do better with advertising, but the Rugby was on yesterday so were you expecting a sell out crowd?
In regards to Williams. Would you care if Bale was English and get was captain? I think not. The fact you mentioned Williams being a Swansea player is pathetic as well. Plus how do you know if he is proud or not? He signs the national anthem for one.
In short - the FAW have a small wage to offer and they'll stick to that structure. So as I said earlier, if you can not realistically give a better manager on a small wage then just get behind the manager and the team.

Lars Lagerback was interested in the Wales job a few years ago with the 'small' salary on offer. He did alright with Iceland in this campaign didn't he! Do Iceland have a better squad than us?
The FAW would rather stick with the easy option of Coleman. I'm not saying we would have qualified with a different manager but most of the performances were dreadful. A point against a Belgium team who had qualified a few days before seems 2 have masked that 2 the people who makes these decisions on new contracts! More of the same last night and I'm afraid it's going 2 be 'give the ball 2 Bale and Ramsey & hope for the best' for the next few years for us.

He was interested because of the team on paper. No talk of him been offered the job or approached (so who knows if he would have taken with the wage on offer) just spoke to Ian Rush about Welsh football.
