this morning. We are in court today again for ther HMRC debt. Hope its sorted, but this is CCFC?

Contary to common belief these things are sorted out well before anyone gets into court, so I wouldn't worry IHA.

Red Dragon news are reporting that CCFC are in the high court today over the unpaid £1.9mil HRMC tax bill and they are speculating that a possible outcome could be administration which means a 10 point deduction and no play off spot . Where do they get their stories from then and do they even bother even checking facts ?
